Biography
Eli Crane (Elijah James Crane, born January 3, 1980) is the incumbent U.S. Representative for Arizona's 2nd Congressional District, serving since 2023. Born in Tucson and raised in Yuma, he served as a United States Navy SEAL before entering business. He co-founded Bottle Breacher, a company making patriotic bottle openers from used military ammunition, which was featured on Shark Tank in 2014. A Republican, he defeated Democratic incumbent Tom O'Halleran in 2022 and won re-election in 2024 against Jonathan Nez. District 2 is the largest congressional district east of the Mississippi, covering northeastern Arizona and the Navajo Nation.
