Candidate for Arizona State House – District 29

Arizona · Legislative District 29

Statement

Two years ago, my phone rang and I was asked if I'd consider running for State House. I agreed and began an amazing journey. Today I'm working on issues ranging from economic policy to school choice, long-term water planning, public safety, and more. Hundreds of bills dealing with every imaginable subject, while our liberal Governor vetoes good bills and pushes for policies that belong in California. The battle is intense, it doesn't seem to stop, but I'm honored to be fighting the good fight for the citizens of Arizona. Working as a team with Steve Montenegro in the House and Janae Shamp in the Senate helps a lot as we take on issues that you all tell us matter to you: Lower prices, low taxes and regulations, strong schools and school choice, job growth, long-term water and energy planning, infrastructure (roads etc), strong support for our law enforcement, and continued partnership with our military bases and veteran population. We will keep working for you and THANK YOU for your votes, prayers and support.

Biography

My wife and I have lived in Arizona for decades and love this great state. I'm a dad, grandpa, and recently a great grandpa, so I've got a lot of reasons to work hard and keep Arizona on the right track. After a successful career in the energy sector I was ready to enjoy retirement – then the call came asking me to step forward and run for office. We are active in our community and continue giving back through public service.
