Biography
Aaron Lieberman is a native Arizonan, entrepreneur, and former member of the Arizona House of Representatives. He co-founded and led Jumpstart, a national nonprofit focused on early literacy and school readiness, and Acelero Learning, which provides early education services to underserved communities. He is the founder and CEO of Buzze, an Arizona company that installs electric vehicle charging at apartment complexes. He ran unsuccessfully for governor in the 2022 Democratic primary. His campaign focuses on lowering housing, healthcare and childcare costs, public education, infrastructure including water security, and public safety. He ran unopposed in the July 21, 2026 Democratic primary and faces Republican incumbent Carine Werner in the November 3, 2026 general election.
