I'm proud to be considered one of Arizona's most reliably conservative legislators, because you deserve someone who puts Arizona and America First. I have a 100% voting record for jobs, lower prices, secure elections, a strong border (border wall!), and an end to illegal immigration. I have a 100% pro-life and pro-2nd Amendment record. I've earned the "Friend of the Family" and the "Hero of the Taxpayer" awards and helped lead the fight for real school choice and parental rights. I vote for medical freedom and am working to secure our water future. Biography
David Livingston is the incumbent Republican state representative for Legislative District 28. He moved to Arizona in 1983, earned a bachelor's degree in finance from Arizona State University, and owned an Ameriprise Financial franchise in Peoria from 1992 to 2012. In the Legislature he has served as Majority Whip and has chaired the Senate Finance and Transportation committees and the House Appropriations and Finance, Insurance and Banking committees. He describes his record as pro-life, pro-Second Amendment and supportive of border security, school choice, parental rights and long-term water planning, and campaigns as a team with Sen. Frank Carroll and Rep. Beverly Pingerelli. He is married with two children and three grandchildren. Livingston finished second of three in the July 21, 2026 Republican primary for two LD28 House seats with 39.4% of the vote, ahead of Heather Rooks. He and Pingerelli face Democrats Barbara Fike and Marc Graham in the November 3, 2026 general election.
