As your State Senator, I work hard on the issues you tell me are most important to you: Election Integrity, Ending Illegal Immigration, Public Safety, Improving Transportation, Jobs, Affordability, Quality Schools and School Choice, Water, and Protecting Our Constitutional Rights. I'm running with David Livingston and Beverly Pingerelli as your Proven Conservative Team because, like me, they are award-winning champions of taxpayers and families, and we are extremely effective as a team. I spent my career in the automotive industry, on the mechanical and technological side, so my heart is with the working men and women of this country who want their government to do its job and to otherwise leave them alone to live in peace. Biography
Frank Carroll is the incumbent Republican state senator for Legislative District 28. He moved to Arizona about 30 years ago and spent his career in the automotive industry on the technical side of ground transportation vehicles. His Republican Party roles have included precinct committeeman, precinct captain, area director and state delegate, and he is a past president of the Sun City West Republican Club. He is a member of the NRA, the Arizona Citizens Defense League and the Surprise Tea Party and works with Americans for Prosperity. He lists election integrity, ending illegal immigration, public safety, transportation, jobs, affordability, school choice, water and constitutional rights as priorities, and campaigns as a team with Reps. David Livingston and Beverly Pingerelli. He and his wife, Joanne, have been together 28 years. Carroll ran unopposed in the July 21, 2026 Republican primary and faces Democratic nominee Michael Braun in the November 3, 2026 general election.
