Statement

Dial's campaign centers on the slogan "Integrity. Honesty. Professionalism" and a pledge to "keep the Clerk's office boring" — running it as a well-managed back office rather than a political platform. He says he'll focus on protecting taxpayer dollars through efficiency and technology upgrades, expanding online court access, improving cooperation between court entities, and reducing staff turnover to build a stable workforce.
