Jim Bishop
Candidate for Arizona State Senate – District 26
Arizona · Legislative District 26
Statement
This year alone, our State Senator voted against cutting our taxes, against efforts to get rid of taxes on tips, against efforts to protect our schools and neighborhoods, against efforts to protect girls' sports and keep their locker rooms private, and more. Why? Because they were introduced by Republicans. That's no reason to vote against good bills that would keep us safe, lower our costs, and boost our paychecks. I'm running for office to put an end to these stupid partisan games. If a bill is good I'll vote YES, and if a bill is bad I'll vote NO, regardless of who wrote it. Partisan politics is poisoning our system and damaging Arizona. I'll be a State Senator who rolls up his sleeves and works with everyone. This race is especially critical for families with kids in our public charter schools or those taking advantage of our amazing school choice programs. Flavio Bravo is committed to ending school choice and shutting down these successful schools so he can force all our kids back into the public district schools, regardless of how badly those schools may be performing. Please, protect our kids and schools. Vote Jim Bishop for State Senate!
