Biography

Matt Orlando is a Chandler City Councilmember running for Mayor to replace term-limited Kevin Hartke. A Chandler resident since 1983, he retired as a Colonel in the U.S. Air Force after 30 years of active duty and service in the Arizona Air National Guard. Currently serving his sixth term on the City Council, he previously served as Vice Mayor. He and his wife Denise are longtime community members. As of March 2026, he had $106,915 cash on hand for his campaign.
