For Nick Mansour, the State Treasurer's office is not a political stepping stone for higher office. It is the place to make Arizona the best place to live, work, and raise a family. That work starts with restoring fiscal accountability and transparency to the Treasurer's Office, along with investing in education so Arizonans are ready for today's challenges and tomorrow's opportunities. Nick's career has been dedicated to leading companies that help others better themselves, whether through earning a nursing degree, working in emergency services, or pursuing other opportunities. He defines success by how much he helps others succeed. Nick knows that Arizona's money is OUR money. He is running for State Treasurer to watch over taxpayer dollars, eliminate waste, invest responsibly, and return money to hardworking Arizonans where it belongs. He will ensure the state's finances are run like those of the successful businesses he has led, so cities, towns, school districts, and counties have the resources they need. He understands the Treasurer's main job is investing and managing tax dollars wisely. Recent waste, fraud, and abuse of taxpayer dollars are unacceptable to Nick. In his view, even one dollar of waste is too much.
Biography
Nick Mansour, a third-generation Arizonan, is running for Arizona state treasurer to restore fiscal accountability and strengthen education focus. Prior to his candidacy, Nick served as Chairman and CEO of the Arizona College of Nursing, growing it from one campus into a national leader with 20+ campuses across 14 states. Raised by a nurse and a doctor, he learned the value of hard work, service, and education. He attended Salpointe Catholic High School and later earned degrees in Industrial Engineering and an MBA. Nick and his wife, Annemarie, live in Phoenix with four adult children.
