Oscar De Los Santos is delivering results for working families and the middle class in Arizona. Biography
Oscar De Los Santos represents Legislative District 11 (South Phoenix, Laveen, Downtown Phoenix, and Guadalupe) in the Arizona House of Representatives. A former sixth-grade public school teacher, he later worked at the Arizona Food Bank Network on hunger issues and worked on President Obama's 2012 campaign. He earned a law degree from Yale Law School and studied public policy at Oxford as a Rhodes Scholar. He describes his legislative record as focused on working families and the middle class. He finished first in the July 21, 2026 Democratic primary and faces Democrat Junelle Cavero and Republicans Joseph Dailey and Cesar Aleman for two seats in the November 3, 2026 general election.
