Pamela Carter

Candidate for Arizona State House – District 4

Arizona · Legislative District 4

Statement

Pamela Carter — Arizona House of Representatives, Legislative District 4 Republican | Candidate for Reelection My name is Pamela Carter. I'm a fourth-generation Arizonan, small business owner, and proud representative of the community I've called home my entire life. In my first term, I was appointed Vice Chair of the Public Safety and Law Enforcement Committee, a leadership role rarely given to a freshman, and I worked to earn it. I passed legislation protecting deployed military service members from unfair vehicle taxes, championed Arizona's nuclear energy future, and stood against powerful corporate interests to defend Scottsdale's right to vote on its own development decisions. This session, I sponsored Cade's Law to hold accountable those who encourage minors toward suicide online, legislation targeting sexual extortion of minors, and bills protecting Arizona homebuyers and expanding access to our state's critical minerals. My priorities haven't changed: safe communities, strong law enforcement, parental rights in education, local control, low taxes, and secure elections. LD4 deserves a representative who shows up, listens, and puts Arizona first. That is the commitment I make to you every day. I humbly ask for your vote. pamelacarter.com

Biography

Fourth-generation Arizonan whose great-grandfather immigrated from Mexico to work in the copper mines near Globe. Raised in Phoenix's Arcadia area, I built the nation's largest sports medicine and weight training facility in Scottsdale, training NFL athletes and ASU football players. That led to my national health and fitness TV program, "Get in Shape with Pamela Carter," which aired 18 years on TBN. I hold a master's degree in Communications and Biblical Studies and serve on the board of Help 4 Kidz, reaching at-risk youth. Currently a State Legislator in LD4, I've sponsored bills protecting children from online predators and supporting school choice.
