Statement
I have never wanted to be a politician, but I found out that being in politics is one of the best ways to help others if it's done properly. I'm not good a making big promises that I can't keep. I don't like to lie. If I were to be elected, I would work to take as much money out of politics as possible. I would introduce a bill to make everyone run clean elections campaigns. Clean Elections is a fund that provides money to pay for candidates' campaigns. If they receive clean elections funding, they can't take PAC money or corporate money. Affordable healthcare is also very important to me. I have a granddaughter that's a diabetic. She needs affordable insulin. I would work to make insulin and other pharmaceuticals affordable. Affordable housing, education, and water issues are also very important to me. I'm running because I care, and I want to help people. I don't care about money or power; I just want to leave the world a little better because I've been here
Biography
I am a mother, a grandmother, and a Veteran. I am a 30-year resident of Arizona, hold a Bachelor's Degree in Bible and Theology, a widow, and most recently a candidate for Legislative District 1 State Representative. I was born in a very rural area of Colorado and understands the struggles of both rural and small-town areas of Arizona.
