Candidate for Arizona State House – District 27

Arizona · Legislative District 27

Statement

My first term in the House was spent working with Lisa Fink in the House and Kevin Payne in the State Senate. Together, we've built a record of conservative achievement on economic issues, jobs, election integrity, public safety, and fighting illegal immigration. Sadly, a lot of the good things we passed were vetoed by Governor Hobbs, but we had some big wins as well. We are protecting school choice from Democrats who want to shut down charter schools and parental choice. We are working to cut gas taxes, utility prices, and housing costs. We are protecting girls sports and keeping men out of their sports and their locker rooms. And we're an effective team when it comes to making sure the West Valley gets its fair share of transportation and infrastructure funding. Hopefully we elect a Republican Governor this November, but we're committed to getting our economy back on track no matter what. I'm running as a team with Lisa Fink and Kevin Payne and hope you'll support our team of proven conservatives.

Biography

I grew up right here in Peoria, attended Peoria High School, Glendale Community College, and ASU where I earned a Bachelor's in Education and a Master's in Public Administration. As a Peoria City Councilman, I led the crusade against wasteful spending and high taxes. I was elected 3 times to the Arizona Legislature where I won awards from taxpayer and family groups. Then I returned to the private sector where I'm a successful small business owner. I'm happily married, blessed with five great kids, and the only thing missing from my life is the Phoenix Suns winning an NBA championship.
