Fountain Hills Town Council

The Fountain Hills Town Council sets policy for the Town of Fountain Hills, adopting the town budget, setting tax rates, and establishing ordinances. Three at-large council seats are on the ballot in the 2026 nonpartisan primary, each carrying a four-year term. If seats are not decided by an outright majority, a general (runoff) election follows on November 3, 2026.
