Gilbert Town Council
Gilbert Town Council members are elected at-large to serve four-year terms. Four seats were on the 2026 ballot: incumbents Chuck Bongiovanni, Jim Torgeson and Bobbi Buchli sought second terms, while Yung Koprowski did not seek re-election. All four seats were decided outright in the July 21, 2026 primary, when challengers Beth Goulden, Bill Spence, Joel Coen and Bus Obayomi won and all three incumbents were defeated, so no council race appears on the November 3 ballot. Gilbert is one of the fastest-growing communities in the United States.
